Check in/out when phone has bad accuracy
If employees are at the workplace but their phone shows that they are outside the designated area (the location icon appears orange instead of green)
This can happen due to two main reasons:
- Some phone models cannot provide precise location data.
- The workplace is inside a large building such as a shopping mall, and the defined location radius for that site is too narrow.
In such cases, employees can press the 'Check In' or 'Check Out' button immediately, without waiting for the location icon to turn green. If a check-in/check-out is recorded with inaccurate location data or weak signal,
the system will automatically attach a note and notify the HR department for further verification.
